Generally once per year, Xerox gives consumers a huge opportunity to save by upgrading to new machines. In 2014, the rebates will be available through December 31st.

How does it work?
Basically, each copier is placed within a tier of savings based on how many prints have been made over the life of the machine.
To find this information follow the steps below:
- Print a startup page, which will show the total number of pages printed.
- Use the chart shown on the Xerox website (link above) to locate your printer by model – along with the recommended upgrade and determine the amount you are eligible to receive as a rebate.
- Give us a call to discuss your upgrade options.
- Once you have purchased your new copier you can submit a claim online:

Just make sure you apply for the rebate within 30 days of your purchase and start enjoying your new printer!
Within 6-8 weeks you should receive your rebate check.
