Judging your Copier Lease

Every copier contract has a lot to take consider before you sign it. Copier contacts last for years and at Greely Copier we believe that you need to seriously consider your options before agreeing. There are a lot of provisions to look over, but there are basically three broad ideas to consider when judging your copier lease. If you are satisfied in these three areas then you will probably be happy with your copier lease.

  1. Find out the true costs. Don’t just take your monthly payment as fact. Look into any extra fees or charges that may come later on in the lease. Find out what you are getting with your lease payment, because you may not have everything you thought. Do your research and make sure you understand all the expenses in your lease.
  2. Demand improved efficiency. The reason you are getting a new office machine is because you need something to help you get more done. You need to make sure that the machine is offering what you need. You need to be aware of how much value this is adding to your life.
  3. Understand time restraints. Figure out what time restraints you may have to deal with along the way. How long will it take for someone to come maintenance your machine if you experience problems? How will you be affected if you need to order a piece? How long can you afford to go without your office machine?

If you look at your costs, efficiency, and time restraints and still feel good then you probably have a good lease. These things will not be precisely stated because you are the only one that can decide if it’s right for you. To get a fair contract give us a call at Greely Copier. We can get you exactly what you need without the hassle.
